  • Vampire critical strike chance 6.6%->15%
  • Vampire critical strike multiplier 5->3
  • Mega wall lumber cost 2000->5000
  • Giga wall lumber cost 6000->8500
  • Village house gold bounty 1->2
  • Village house wood bounty 5->10
  • Tier 0 worker bounty 3->4 (equal to 1.5 bounty now)
  • Reinforced wall gold bounty 1->2
  • Slayer build time 45->60 (back to original)
  • Slayer lumber cost 400->550
  • Changed skins on tower builder and wall builder. The three builders should now be easily distinguishable.
  • Bugfix: text tag on gold fountain/spring now displays properly after it dies and is rebuilt.
  • Various small nerfs to slayer starting stats.


b version changelog:
  • Vampires critical strike level requirement 10->1
  • level tome gold cost 50->30
  • minis and liches get 1->2 levels from level tomes.
  • Tremble gold cost 300->150
  • Tremble lumber cost 250->400
  • Amulet of gold gives 4->6 gold and 8->12 lumber
  • Vamps gain 1 level every 90->60 seconds
  • Avatar tooltip fixed
  • Gold spring gold bounty 0->500
  • Gold fountain bounty 0->5000
  • Gold spring lumber cost 500,000->250,000


I'm going to be taking a look at vampire end game damage. I aim to reduce the cost of credit card and almost fully remove its damage component to better balance the vampire late game. I have a feeling that I'm shooting myself in the foot and maybe overbuffing vamps again by increasing wall cost and increasing bounties in the same iteration.

Todo:

-add first set of special towers: one tower tower that has a chance to revive units that die near it, and another tower that has a chance to revive non-wall buildings that die near it. Both towers will have an ability to instantly revive all of the respective unit types, but while on cooldown the tower will lose the passive revive chance. Don't have any numbers yet. I'm also going to buff blasting (le) gem when these are implemented.

provided that special towers come out eventually, it should even out those odds.

also, special towers should be scaled throughout the game, just like in older versions. the long range towers were kind of the "special tower" for tier0, disasters/mana energies were the t2 towers etc

I got one of the towers implemented, but I spent too much time fucking around so I didn't get the other one in. Neither are buildable right now.
